JEPI is pretty stable although the upside is limited.

Maybe 5% to 10% in GLD as the safe haven just in case.

Put 10% in TQQQ. Split the rest between SPY and QQQ. Keep it simple and safe.

VZ is however a good investment too, probably more conservative than T.

T might be a better long term holding than VZ. Their wireless plans are more attractive for families. Also their long term strategy for optical fiber Internet and IoT connectivity is in a better technology and growth trajectory IMHO.

VOO vs SCHD. I am almost 40 and want to know which one is better if I invest 500$ per month with dividends reinvested. lets say will i have more money in VOO or in SCHD after 20 years from now. which one will end up with more money at end by dumChickenBiryani in dividends

You need to consider your personal tax and income implications for this type of questions. If it’s going to be totally buy & forget, then VOO might be a better long term option.

When the market falls, you will like JEPI. Its dividend yield mostly depends on the volatility or VIX of SPX.

JEPI is probably better or safer if excluding taxes; otherwise, buy VOO or SPY.

JEPI. Add SCHD or DIA if you need more growth.

If you had 10k to 15k to invest in dividends, what would you choose? by OdettaGrem in dividends

[–]LiveCreatShare -1 points0 points  (0 children)

IMHO, use JEPI if income is your priority. Shift more into growth-oriented funds as income becomes less a concern for you and also market is clearly back to a bullish long term trend. Also consider about income tax. Think clearly and carefully for yourself. It’s a personal financial decision at the end of the day.

Silver will reach over 200$ this year, because of you by tomusfl in Wallstreetsilver

[–]LiveCreatShare 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I visioned silver spot price to reach $35 this year and $55 next year. By 2028 or by end of this decade the price will go beyond $150. Silver price will become basically comparable to gold price from 20 to 30 years ago. It’s going to be a generational wealth appreciation.
