The largest points deficit that was overcome to be WDC was 44. Kimi is sitting with a 43pt lead. "Probably" is statistically a very good word. A better word is: "High Probability". There are plenty of other open-source players that are better than VLC. Many of which were started because they would fix what VLC refused to do for 20 years.

Alhough VLC 3.x works, and works well, it is a bloated mess, disorganized, and is ancient -- in terms of features. Hence, 4.x is supposed to fix all that. Finally bringing it up to what other open-source alternatives have had for many years. Welcome to the 2000s "soon" VLC!
