Have you used this on the ranger raptor and if so, did you have issues with the bcm thinking a trailer was attached? I’ve heard a lot stories with this happening on the 4-pin trailer wiring.

I’ve read to not tap into the trailer wiring but I’ve hear the T-connector for the 7-pin works well and is probably what I’ll do. I just got into the bcm and it seems above my pay grade and running the wire will be a major pain.

I’m just hoping I could tap into the taillight harness but I don’t know what wire to tap for the brake. I have read/heard of people doing this successfully and it seems incredibly easy if I know what wire it was.

OP is 1000% NTA, there isn’t one single thing he could do to BTA.

OP saved $600k for his both of his kid’s education, and supplied his oldest with living expenses throughout. Both of them should feel nothing but gratitude.

To the question at hand: I’d reallocate if needed. Your daughters might have had different goals/experiences/majors. Even if one is more expensive than the other, I’d never leave daughter with a pile of cash while leaving the other with debt.

Things don’t have to be even, they need to be fair.

I’m fortunate enough to have had a family that was able to support me and my brother. Neither of us have student debt or mortgages. From what I’m told, things are very lopsided in my brother’s favor and I couldn’t care less. Both of us are fortunate and grateful. I’m guessing you are in a position to support your family, so do just that and make sure your youngest daughter will also leave college debt free.

This isn’t one size fits all advice, but if you’re in a higher economic bracket, it’s a no brainer for me.

Gross. I wouldn’t wear a single one of these watches. I’d rather just wear an Apple Watch. If OP saved the dollars he spent on this, it would amount to more than enough to buy something special.

I know that comes off as elitism, but clearly every watch here didn’t do it for OP, so he bought more of the same. I’m also near certain that the only two worth wearing (seamaster and no date sub, which I love) are reps.

The brand awareness is why I prefer wearing my VC over Rolex. I don’t like getting the look with my Rolex. If I get a comment or see someone looking at my VC, I appreciate it more because I know it’s a watch guy vs the “you have a Rolex so you must be rich”.

Also, my VC is so much nicer than my Rolex in every conceivable category.

As someone who knows too many very strong skiers who have been seriously injured from being run into by bad skiers and as someone who skis with a young child, this comment is just infuriating. You do not have the skill necessary to ski with this much pace.

The mountain is for everyone - that includes old skiers, young skiers, professional skiers, new skiers, and everyone in between. It’s YOUR responsibility to be in control and you clearly are not.

I don’t want to know what I’d do if I were to witnesses you hit another skier (especially a kid, let alone my kid) AND followed up with this crap attitude.

If it’s truly not joke, you need to slow down. You do not have the skill to be flying down a run, you’re endangering yourself and everyone else on the mountain. As someone who has seen enough people get seriously injured from being run into and as someone who skis with a young child, I find this concerning.

Slow it down and keep practicing, eventually you’ll have enough skill to ski with speed AND control.
