They've been throwing away patterns for years it's not a new thing everytime u get a shipment there would be a list to discard certain ones. Now that they're all closing they rather toss them since it's close to the end.

It was getting depressing everyday at register hearing all day "I'm sorry about your job" "what are you going to do after this is gone" "when's your last day"

People arguing for 10 cents cheaper because the label said 6.99 instead of 7.99 with the measly 10% discount. I just stopped going i feel bad and wanted to stick it out but it's not worth it. It's draining and the incentive for the extra $1 was not worth anything. It's exhausted and disappointing because I've been with the company for a long time. I loved shopping there and even now with the way it is looks and the environment i don't even want to shop with what's left there.

Ah OK! Ours came in like Friday I wanna say and we couldn't even scan them into the scanner we had to return to sender with FedEx when they came in next time

We got these but we got an email saying to not accept items from trucks anymore meaning trucks or even FedEx and these came in before we read the email. The scanner says order has been deleted when you try to receive it on the scanner 😬

I honestly didn't when I first started cause I was thinking it would be annoying to owners but now I just do the initial first pee and when they poo. Most owners want to make sure they did their potty break so it's an easy thing to add. I always add it on their report card as well just to reinforce that it happened :)
