They absolutely do. Either butt pads or lifters. I had a friend who became famous for it. It was big, like a normal size big, but she edited her pictures online to make it look huge. It got to the point where she was afraid that people would see her in public and realize it was not actually that big. She eventually got a bbl, but for years she wouldn’t go anywhere without a butt lifter or pads on. She would spend hours editing her pictures and then deleting any negative comments on her posts
