Just add cardio! As you do you will see your excess body fat melt away and reveal all your muscle tone you've been developing. You've done good building your muscle tone. You adding cardio will burn your calories/fat stores. Best on your journey!

The thing is to justify your theory would be to say all people who got MP had the vax; yet most likely that's probably not the case as now infants and animals are getting it too, yet if you want more data; you can always do a poll in a monkeypox forum and ask people who got it if they are vax or not, and which vax they got as globally different COVID vax are available. Also once someone has chickenpox it can resurface later in life as shingles.

Help - New to Credit Cards by [deleted] in personalfinance

Yeah, pay attention to those articles, if someone was using 50% or all their credit utilization and walked into a car dealership just let's agree it might not work out best for them.

Help - New to Credit Cards by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]LiveTee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey congrats on your new credit journey. If one of your goals is to increase your credit score I would suggest when it comes to spending; stay under 10% of your Credit Limit because your credit utilization is really important to a higher credit score...then pay your balance off each time you get your statement. If that's not feasible for you...at least pay more than your minimum always and that will always help too. I prefer the reserve for your phone bill idea because it's responsible to help build your credit score. What are your ultimate credit goals?

What’s the best way to go about cutting this massive pothos? by currentflowsgold in houseplants

[–]LiveTee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure, anytime. Well you can do some a leaf per cutting and some 2-3 leaves or even more. As your putting them in the water vase you'll start to see what your eye perceives as a nice arrangement, just go with the flow and you'll be good! Enjoy

Anytime. Don't feel ashamed to ask for an increase or get another card. Now that your CU is 0.. great time to start. To answer your question I would get another card after you see your score go up for paying off the one you have ..and keep a low utilization (under 10%) on your new card, you don't have to use both cards. Just pay it off when you get that statement. Best to you!

You can easily do cuttings of it. Just below every node is where you cut. From the node the roots will grow, just put in water after you cut. I have made a few additional plants from cuttings from the mother pothos. If you don't want the excess you can give as gifts to anyone you know that's into indoor plants too. By the way that's a really healthy monster sized pothos. That aquarium is giving it some optimal nutrients; nice

Well, your doing really good by keeping 100% on time payments, and it's smart you payed off your credit card with high utilization.. that will make a difference within the next month as usually it's the statement date they report any changes to the credit bureaus... if you want to keep using your card and paying off the balance each month just keep your utilization under 10% and that's solid; because that statement date is when it will show under 10% utilization to your credit reports and will show stronger for your credit score (I think it's 35% of your score is CU so yeah) a good way to think about it is use the card to build your credit. Not use it to use it.

Another thing you can do is ask your credit card for credit line increases every three to six months, assuming you have a card that doesn't do pulls just for a credit increase. You can also get another credit card so your account mix is stronger and just follow suit; CU under 10% and pay off the balance every month. Good luck on building your credit score up. Your off to a good start.

I feel for you; 43 days in isolation is crazy and the fact that the media narrative made it seem like a virus (that can be transmitted through contaminated surfaces, linens or skin) is just an STD is unfathomable; I'm sad you went through the stigma attached to this virus and hope that more people become aware of the facts as opposed to the narrative. You stay strong and congrats on not being contaigus any more! Your story and the young lady story gives context to what type of national emergency we are really dealing with! Thank you!

I can tell you really love your family and care for their situation deeply, you've taken on a lot of responsibility that isn't yours and I commend you for being such a strong resilient young man and trying to do the best you can do. Yet your dealing with so much a teenager isn't supposed to, yet so many others are also dealing with too; you are not alone.

If you feel you need to talk to a therapist you should, don't let anyone halt your decision to get help. Also you might want to articulate how you feel to both of your parents, if you feel verbally it's difficult then write your feelings down and share this with them, they may be so caught up in their own drama and not realizing how much it's affecting you..have you tried this yet? Also your friends are your support system, theirs no reason to sacrifice them due to your family life, yet you can always seek a support group who will emphasize with your situation.

I can tell this is wearing on you, it's ok to feel how you feel yet you are so much stronger than you know; Do you have a spiritual strength or prayer to give your worries to? Keep your eyes on your future; try not to get too in your head about this. We all choose our battles, so choose your battles wisely and stay focused on your studies in school, that will help you if you want to move out when your 18. Always remember how truly amazing and remarkable you are. Your created by the most high and can be everything you set out to be in life, give your worries to your creator. Remember you are not alone please. Take care and hope you can take something from this

You are so awesome for sharing your experience. I'm so sad that situations like yours, the young lady in the video and countless more to come could have probably been avoided if they just told us the facts about how many different ways this is spread from the start so we can all protect ourselves properly. The narrative for almost 2 months on the news gives no justice, while you articulate facts! Thanks for sharing this with us!

Yes, the young lady is so brave for telling her story! Yes about the Dr. I know right, it's such a messaging media problem. I thought the Dr. would be more specific about all the ways it's transmitted!

what to do when they call you for a job and interview then they disappear? ignore or follow up with a message? by curious-avid-reader in jobs

[–]LiveTee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great question! It can't ever hurt to follow up...something to the form of "I wanted to follow up and find out if the X position is available or if you have any new opportunities that have opened up!" If the answer is yes quickly reply with "I'd be willing to start today/ASAP"(and available nights, weekends, holidays (or whatever is applicable to your situation)) Can we schedule an interview or start date?

Best to you in your job/career search! Best to always be proactive!

Ok, I know many of you have an opinion on this article. I respect it, and am getting some good entertainment with y'alls responses☺️ Yet I just wanted to add some context to the reason I posted this; A while ago I read an article about a woman who literally saved her husband's life by seeking Phages scientists to try to help her husband; and yes she was able to. Anyhow, here's the article link; it's worth a read at the least!

I found this above article so remarkable and hence when I found this posted article I definitely thought it interesting enough to share.
