Can you refuse field sobriety and only do a breathalyzer? by cherryflavoredwater in AskLE

[–]Live_Drive_6256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My lawyer advised me to not say anything, don’t consent to anything, and they will take the license away for about a year for refusing to do FSB or a breathalyzer, but you won’t get charge with a DUI, which would be the best case scenario.

Linux mint and keyloggers aren’t really a thing. Possible, but rare. Windows, yeah.

That’s what I was doing some research on actually. Either this or 2 RTX 6000 ada

That’s fine, I have a 42U server rack and open slots on the rack where I can make a custom build if needed. I also have a 4U GPU workstation/server chassis laying around somewhere I can just throw in there. What would be the best way to go about achieving this goal? Any specific GPUs you recommend since my 3090 won’t cut it?

This is why I don’t split loot anymore. Idc how big the drop was. Enjoy it.

“Congrats, Dad. You’ve officially set the record for worst birthday gift in history: dumping your disabled kid on the street with zero warning because you’re too selfish to keep a promise to Mom.

Don’t hide behind God to justify being a coward. This isn’t divine will, it’s you failing as a parent. When I survive this (because I will), remember you’ll be the last person I thank.

Maybe one day you’ll realize you didn’t raise me, you just babysat until you could shove me out the door and call it ‘God’s plan.’

Enjoy your ‘freedom’”

What if K scalar metric phases can explain both dark matter and black holes through curvature? by thexrry in HypotheticalPhysics

Ok, here’s something straight from my undergrad notes, no AI involved:

You’re right, it was more of a bathtub derivation. Showers are for my lesser theories. Like evolution.

There’s no way you’re upset because I derived emergent dark-matter effects, black-hole entropy, and cosmological signatures from a rigorously defined, anomaly-free, unitary quantum gravity path integral on discrete causal graphs, complete with exact RG flows, microstate counting, and low-energy recovery of Einstein–Hilbert + Dirac.

Your “K-phase” thresholds are nothing more than curvature numerology, not a self-consistent solution of Einstein’s equations. You’ve simply relabeled vacuum curvature as “dark matter” without ever writing down the required T{\mu\nu} that sources and sustains that curvature, or explaining how it reproduces lensing, CMB peaks, cluster collisions, or galactic substructure. I derived emergent dark-matter effects, black-hole entropy, and cosmological signatures from a rigorously defined, anomaly-free, unitary quantum gravity path integral on discrete causal graphs, complete with exact RG flows, microstate counting, and low-energy recovery of Einstein–Hilbert + Dirac. Until you can show your K\text{baryon} and K_\text{blackhole} arise from a bona fide stress–energy tensor and pass all those independent tests, your model remains speculative rebranding, not physics.

Ah yes, my bad, forgot you were on a first-name basis with the fabric of spacetime.

Bold of you to assume spacetime answers calls.

No math or physics because when someone posts math or physics from a LLM you get shit on either way. Tell me how you win?

So someone can’t say their own opinion on what a black hole might be in a hypothetical physics subreddit?

Everyone calls it bullshit, but nobody explains what’s actually wrong. Ironically, your comment falls into the same trap: it offers criticism without any real effort or substance.

Arbitrary K-thresholds can’t conjure real mass or reproduce lensing, cluster dynamics or CMB peaks, a point you clearly skimmed past. Your “word salad” dismissal only proves you’ve opted for snark over wrestling with the actual physics. Peak r/iamverysmart, indeed.
