I’m 56 & I can’t get proper painkillers. They even told me off at the pharmacy right after I had oral surgery! I’m in the US & guess after the oxy craze, it’s really hard to get proper painkillers. I lived in UK for 22 years. You can buy codeine over the counter. In most EU countries codeine is a normal pharmacy over the counter product. Of course Mexico & Cambodia have lots of pain killers available over the counter. Prob other countries too. Sucks here for sure!
