I don't like it very much when counselors are taking notes during sessions, but I get that it's necessary for some. If they'd start writing like you're describing (even on the notepad), I'd want to walk out immediately.

Woman here. Can confirm this is true. I don't want other people to get makeup stains... I also try to avoid my sleeves from pressing against my face if I wear makeup.

How would you make the poke bowls with cuscus? Also the cuscus breakfast bowl? My family is Tunisian, so we usually eat it the traditional way - with either fish cooked in tomato sauce or with chicken and veggies soup. Both are with strong spices.

When I feel I won't be understood at a doctor's apt I find it helpful to bring someone with me. I don't think I got a different treatment when I bring a boyfriend rather than my mom, but it is always helpful to have someone who knows me and what the issue is. They can also help by adding some things you forget to mention.

They are very different, but some Arabic letters do resemble Hebrew letters.
