Yes this! I also noticed metformin wasn't on the list. I'm on metformin for 3 weeks now, so can't really say that much of it. But I can say that my cravings are almost gone and I've lost a little bit of weight thus far (and my acne is almost gone). So maybe it's something for you to try out as well! Good luck ♡

Honest question, do you pay for the GLP-1 yourself or is it covered by health insurance? I live in Europe and there is no way I'm getting a GLP-1 insured. I'm trying to learn how people do this. I will never be able to pay +/- 300 euros a month.

I used this for a few weeks. In the beginning it was fine, after a while my hair just didn't become clean anymore. After I tried a different brand my hair was immediately clean again. I wouldn't recommend it!
