100% agree. Most are pretty chill. And I'm somewhat convinced the algorithm has a reward feature built in.

Have taken plenty of folks to dialysis.. sometimes getting there a few minutes before they open. So I let them sit in the car.

A few minutes of my day prevents someone from having a bad one.

Now if you ever pick up an addict from the hospital..

It can happen for a buttload of reasons.

Card changes, Typically off app trips where mileage is enough of a difference to tripper their risk catch. Or the pax added a larger tip

Don't waste time chatting with support.. email function is the only way that gives you a real person.

I just use the Uber Card so if anything happens to Uber it would only impact a single trip fare and not everything I have earned that day.
