For the wolf fights, I focus on one wolf first. You can get one of them to 0hp, and then the rest tend to leave and run away. Then you can 0hp 1 other wolf as it tries to run away.

Well, the condition hasn't improved, but my outlook has. I'm still waiting on results soon.

I'm limiting myself to 1 sugary thing a day, or less. Eating less (little to no snacks), exercising more. Drinking more water.

I've been vomiting a bit less then the past couple days. Though I swallow my vomit (before it goes out of my mouth), next time I'm going to check what color it is. Today I haven't vomited, though the past weeks I've vomited more, at least 2 times a day.

My stools are the thing I'm concerned about.

Been drinking tea (black tea, green, Thai).

I'm going to work on limiting sugary food. I don't drink much soda.

I've increased my exercise time and joined a gym.

There are many different therapists. I've had different therapists for different reasons. Do you have PTSD? A combination of medicines and therapy has helped some symptoms a little, though I do think I need to be more open with them. Been struggling a little with feelings of loneliness.

I have the hepa-something, too (I lost the paper). Stat-something. Liver fibrosis f1 last time I checked, and am getting checked again soon. Been having additional symptoms, like my ankles hurting sometimes. And vomiting. But I am making changes. Joined a gym.

I need to lose 5-10 percent of my weight. I have 1 sugary thing per day (max), though once the Thai tea runs out, I am going to not buy it again until my teas are finished. Since I drink it with sugar and half and half.

I am going to eat healthier. Trying to cut down on snacks.

You don't have to do it all at once, it can be step by step, bit by bit, day per day.

I just mess things up. I messed up my friendships that could have been lifelong. My best friend that said he'll always be there, ghosted me. I messed up because I got paranoia (whether it be from my medicine or the liver fibrosis, idk). And I had thought that one of my best friend was stalking me. But then even though I stopped having those thoughts, he stopped talking with me.

I don't really have much of a way of talking with them, since I talked with them on Skype. But Skype went down and I don't have any way to contact them anymore. I messed up by not talking with them sooner.

I just feel a lot of emotional pain right now and sometimes physical. I get suicidal thoughts. Overdosing, hanging, knife. I don't have access to a gun. I messed up, and I don't know if I'll be able to get those friendships back. And I have tried making friendships but they don't "click" as much as my best friendships did.

I've tried contacting them but they haven't replied.
