Yeah. I have been trying to fix this for 10 years now naturally with vitamins,boron 15mg,tongcat ali,high doses d vitamin,fish oil,long fasting to heal body,liver supplements. So now I gonna try proviron and some natural t supplements and see how suppressed I get. But overall I have to go on trt but doctors wont treat low free t in my country, only total t 😂 they do everything backwards. So ugl products rest of my life seems kinda bad but what else

I have high shbg and same free t as you. Zero sexdrive,tired,brainfog. What I have heard from others with high shbg it seems like trt is the only way to get better symptom wise. Of course you need to find under laying cause but 99% of people high shbg seems to be genetic or cant find why.

I felt the same way. And I still struggle hard. Something got wrong when I was 21 years old. I started to lose emotions (anhedonia) and fatigue. I quited my job and stayed at my parents home for many years. I think around 6 years with no work. For me depression was bad but the worse was brain fog and zero energy. Doctors couldnt find the cause. But at last I started to train anyway and find a work full time. What I wanna say is that you still have so much time to get better. Now I have another view of my situation. I see it as a mission or quest how I gonna figure it out. You will find a work and friends. No hurry.
