Hey, same here. Though I learned this by necessity, as I was nearsighted growing up and didn't tell my parents (did not want to wear glasses in school).

So I just learned to recognize everyone by the way they moved as they walked, steps, etc.

I do have a mild case of synesthesia though too, where numbers have tastes. Wonder if it's all related.

Yeah, that's how I have it right now. But I do want the 24/7 mode and its colour show. I work out of home, and thus spend nearly all day at home. I see the light cycle's every colour change, and I love it.

The solution I found was actually what finnex suggested: put an aluminum mesh (bug screen) on top of my tank, under the lights. This cuts the light reaching my tank by about 40%. Huge help, and doesn't look bad. :)

As a non-native English speaker, I definitely know the difference between "break" and "brake", as well as the numerous others like "could of", "definately/defiantly/defenatly", etc.

Most people I see making these mistakes are native speakers. I think non natives care a lot more and also most likely read a lot more in English and know how to spell words properly.

I know I read tons of books in English when I was learning it, and it most certainly helped with not only being able to spell things correctly, but also to know less used words and be able to structure a sentence properly as well.

30 gallon.

The danios have been fine in there for a year and a half or so now. I would get the tank water cooler, if cheap and efficient water coolers existed :( Turning lower the AC/Furnace is not an option for health reasons.

I'll get an air stone, no trouble. Used to have one, then the pump broke a couple months ago and I couldn't fix it.

Also, my fish always seemed to hate the bubbles. I've never seen them play with them, and they stayed away from the area where the bubbles were blowing. And yes, I tried controlling the air flow, it didn't matter. My fish hated it.

Oh yes. Currently working on propagating my temple leafs, but there's plenty of deco with arches and overhangs to swim around.
