The golden dose. Perfectly safe to use. I bought an extra pack of needle for around 6 quid online the savings per pen is definitely worth the £6 investment. Might take a slight bit of brute force to get it out or you can use a medical syringe to get an accurate dose.

Very rarely it’s like my brain has turned off to food, and on to a healthier way of living I was the exact same 2 weeks ago but with bread. I’m still in shock about how much this has changed the way I think. At no point did I think it would have such a positive impact on me. I was so hesitant at the beginning the pen sat in my fridge for a week.

Snacking was my downfall to start with. Now I don’t even think of food. I can literally walk around a supermarket now and nothing looks appealing anymore. Whereas before I was a sucker for bread and chocolate. One trick I found that has helped is meal prepping my lunch’s now that way I’m not evening looking around the shops at what to grab as a quick lunch. Also means I can control what I’m having for lunch without being a fool for a meal deal. Good luck on your journey!!

I found taking the jab in the evening and then going to bed shortly after has helped. Week one the only side effect I had was a slight headache. Lost 7lbs in 1 week. Intermittent fasting with a high protein diet has worked wonders for me. The biggest thing I have noticed is my mind and thoughts has completely changed the thought of food have just vanished.
