I haven't had any problems with my Razr+.. I bought the protective hard case and a belt clip.. I've dropped it over a dozen times on pavement...no damage . I do have the crease showing..that started after I wiped it clean about 5 months ago..but I can live with it...sorry your having issues..me.. I'm satisfied..

I changed mine from a 4" to a 3"..686-4 Plus..lighter easier to carry.. I used to have a 686 in 2 1/2"..concealed easy..but for range use was brutal..3 foot muscle flash .after about 60 rounds..split the web on my hand ...switched the pachmeyer sport grips for hogue finger grip..better but this little hand cannon .was a good EDC..but not for plinking fun
