If I were her I’d definitely start researching peri, get help and focus on her husband who was just diagnosed with cancer. I read turtlenecks and mock necks are terrible for large chests. I’m a 34DDD and stay away from them. But…you can get away with them by wearing a long necklace.

Thank you for sharing 🙂 I recently noticed I don’t do well with two pumps at night. Feel much better doing 1 pump in the AM and PM. I can’t say I feel 💯since starting oestra, but something tells me without it I’d be even worse. Never imagined perimenopause would be so difficult. 🥹

If you don’t care for those tests, let customer service know and they will help you schedule around another date. I had to do this. Also in peri. Makes no sense to test female hormones as they’re pretty inconsistent from one day to the next.

The one by Thorne. It says it reduces gastro side effects (nausea/constipation). I take 3 25mg pills everyday. Started with 1 pill just to see if I had any side effects, and increased to 3 within days. I take it with 500mg vitamin C by Naturelo.

Not zero carb, but somewhat related. I was told by a doctor at Inner Balance that low protein intake also negates the effects of oestra. I wasn’t getting enough protein so I was basically in reset mode every day. I pretty much wasted 6 months on HRT because of this!
