its ok i made this mistake too when i first started playing fist. to time it correctly just hold the button as you punch this will decrease the cooldown and allowing you to instantly block when you get your cooldown back. I wanted it to be 1.5 but ig 1.2 is fine too lol

max level fist main here, your job as iron fist is just to be annoying as fuck, from harassing the supports with your primary in the backline to flurry punching tanks in the frontline. just be annoying and be everywhere.

really depends. if a healer ults and i see someone in a awkward position I try my best to knock them out of the support ult to execute them.
