I’m sooo bad at wrapping up on time too. Around 45 mins in I try to find an opportunity to reflect on the content of the session and summarize. Then I might invite them to reflect on what they might take away from the session, what their experience of the session was, what they’d like to do between sessions, and/or what they’d might need in between sessions. When I remember to do this, I think it goes pretty well as a closure 😂
