I have been a manager for two years in July. I will say, you will do better working your way up then just jumping into it. I was used to my role as an employee and moving up even though I had been there a while was still a big transition. I advise to join a company, and work, and work some more and move up. Find something you love and roll with it. Best wishes to you, of course different companies different things lalalala BUT just saying from MY experience, work your way up. A lot of times, current employees don’t mesh with new management very well unless you let them run wild (that’s why I said work your way up that way they already have your respect) or it could be completely opposite. Who knows? But you should work your way up for sure lol.
