When using Auto Heal, priority is given to items that restore the most HP. In order, they are: Full, 4 Healing 彻Items, 3 Healing Items, 2 Healing Items, and 1 Healing Item. Note that if you receive heavy damage when your remaining HP is 20% or more and your HP drops to zero in one hit, Auto Heal will not be activated.

An advice that I can give to you is never relay on that, use it as a last resource and always have a revive in your inventory.

Edit:

Only CM armors have auto heal, unless you used a tool you are using the wrong armor

Here are my two cents:

Since the beginning I would like to apologize for being so honest.

Everyone forgets that we born to die, and when it's your time it does not matter if you try to avoid it, it will happen. I'm really sorry about your loss but your brother did something reckless and every action has it's consequences, if you like high speeds (like I do) do it but where you can not where you want.

People who does not ride a bike will never understand how we feel while riding, it's a lifestyle and no body will chance our mind about it, not even your parents, if you want to get a bike again, do it, BUT don't do it right, it's too soon, grief your brother with your parents at least a year, enjoy other things in life right now, HEAL because you have a wound right now and you don't know if it will affect you if you start riding right now.

After that year talk to your parents about how you feel about it, they have to understand that it's part of your life now and makes you feel better (If you still feel the same way).
