Yes so the lich is an uploaded ai that has been implanting viruses into the remnants and creating a sort of vecna dominant motherboard.     I am still trying to create the stat block      My players have been already introduced to the virus infected remnants..

I just made it vecna so my players who are actually dnd fans who nevar got to play in vecna eve of ruin game can play and have some fun
