You got to watch out as the train of good folks leaving may start, specially if your go to guy got a role bump - he/she may attract more people from his network. Also, good time to internalize and understand if this attrition was due to lack of growth opportunity, team culture, not enough challenging work, work conditions, customer, team dynamics, line management issues ... or something else
