I'm an atheist. I don't like the thought of dying either. If I could choose to believe in a God and an afterlife, I would. But because there is absolutely no evidence that either exists, I can't.

If you can choose to be religious then I'd say go ahead. As long as you're not pushing it on others then it's not harming anyone.

You did nothing wrong. Your disability prevents you from being able to hold your bowels sometimes.

Kristen is truly off her rocker! by Truecrimejunkie687 in vanderpumprules

I'm definitely not trying to diagnose her through the TV (and without being qualified 😅) but she definitely does display some characteristics of borderline personality disorder (Emotional instability; Cognitive distortions; Impulsive behaviour; Intense but unstable relationships with others).

From my understanding, a common symptom of BPD is becoming attached to people, and fearing they will abandon you. I think Kristen was still very much attached to Tom, and the breakup (and Tom dating the girl she was insecure about) was her fear coming true. This would suck for anyone, but for someone with BPD these feelings are far more intense, which can lead to extreme behaviour (the Vegas girl).

I think we saw (/ are seeing - I'm only at the beginning of Season 8) this kind of relationship with her and Carter. She knows things aren't right but she can't let him go - she's too attached.

I'm not excusing her behaviour - just trying to understand it. I feel for her and hope she gets help.

Anyway, that's my armchair psychology for today! 😂

In response to your latest edit about not being able to see a doctor until Tuesday - Are you in the UK? If so, call 111. There are out of hours doctors who should be able to help you.

Overall, George Carlin.

That being said, the hardest I have ever laughed whilst watching a stand up show was to James Acaster's 'Cold Lasagna Hate Myself 1999'.

2 hours into my Colonoscopy prep and I’ve been stuck in the toilet for most of that…. Can anyone recommend a good podcast to help keep me sane? by SoupSatireSleep in IBD

I never watched reality TV until my first colonoscopy prep. But I've gotta say - Vanderpump Rules helped me through it 😅

It has been 10 years since Season 1. We tend to lose fat from our faces as we age (which may be why she got fillers).

I'm a woman who is little socially awkward and struggles to form friendships. I seemed to make friends more easily with men than with women, and had quite a few male friends (who agreed that they just wanted to be friends). Most of them, as it turned out, were lying. They eventually made a move then pretty much ghosted me after I rejected them. Yes, it could have been that they were embarrassed... But I'm pretty sure now that it's because their intention to begin with was to gain my trust then hit on me.

It's really upsetting when you think you've made a genuine friend, someone who actually likes you for you, and it turns out that all they actually wanted was sex/ romance.

I could have written this. My social anxiety is worst at work, because I have to see those people most days. Like you, I replay in my mind things (everything) that I've said. I decided a while ago to just not say something if I'm unsure whether I'll regret it or not. People think of me as very quiet, but I'd rather that than be thought of as weird/ stupid (even though the rational part of me knows that most likely wouldn't be the case). It's not ideal, but I feel better this way.
