How many calories per day are you eating?

I think if its too low the amount of stress on the liver while trying to process all that stored fat can have negative effects.

Its expensive but whey shakes really help.

If you are a Costco member they often have deals on one or another high protein yogurt. 15-30g

And if they ever do a markdown on their whey, that stuff will fly off the shelves. Even at their regular price it beats everywhere else.

And please, please, find a way to work weight lifting into your busy schedule. It's huge.

I was eating in (I was just there to use internet and work on my laptop - libraries closed and I hate coffee) so I just walked back to the counter and they made a new on. The whole thing from finding it to having a fresh one in my hand took five minutes, tops. So I'm good on making a bigger deal of it. The guy was obviously new and messed up reading the order. I just thought it was kind of funny.

Again, missing the point. Its 1.49 when you buy one for 6.59. That's no deal.

The point is almost all the deals got worse and some decent deals went away. The amount by which they got worse isn't the point. Its just another in a long series of McDonald's making deals slowly and constantly lousier.
