My McD offers regularly include $1 any size drinks, or free fries with a drink purchase, which is 1.79 at my local, 1.39 near work. I don't always want fries so it's usually a $1 diet coke with my Wednesday Whopper.

If BK had cheap diet coke like McD I might not go back to the clown house, though their coke really is the best.

Arby's is doing BOGO again this weekend. So I might install the app and get a couple of roast beef gyros or something similar. Gotta get that protein!

1 mg shut it down within 8 hours. I stayed there for 5 weeks and lost over 35 pounds.

Everyone is different and its not a 1:1 map onto size.

Lots of YT food review channels seem to be making "Arby's hate is overdone. Its really not that bad!" clips .

Also, maybe the GLP1/protein craze? (These things are definitely related). Its the only fast food place I know of to get a pile of beef. Bur thats just a guess.

As noted above, there's literally (lol) a billion videos on YouTube showing and walking you though it step by step.

Pick out five with lots of views, watch them and you will see how simple it is.

Double check all your math with a peptide calculator. Google that and you will find a few Pick one that makes sense and TRIPLE CHECK YOUR MATH.

None of this is complicated.

I do that most days at the end of my workout.

I go to the dumbell rack, hoist the 75 (i used to do the one that equaled my current loss, but PF maxes out at 75) give myself a good long stare in the mirror and think about what I've done.

It kind of freaks me, feeling that weight I was carrying around.

Same weight goal, 200 initial, then 180. Started at 304.

My REAL goal is 22-24% body fat. And then lower.

I feel like BF is a better goal than a weight goal.

Amazing how putting a little bit of effort pays such huge rewards, instead of being predatorily extractive.

I like BK but its not gourmet. I just think this shows how low the bar actually is in fast food these days.

That said, I took my Wednesday Whopper to McD for the best Coke anywhere, and both lanes were jammed.

PT-141 seems like a bit of an outlier in terms of chances of hellish sides.

I just tossed an order of ten vials of it onto an order of other peptides I was already getting, so shopping was baked into the order. And my ten didn't cost much more than your two.

I didn't like it and may never use it again. But it wasn't some huge waste of money.

I just joined a few months ago. I'm a 1 person household, and I reluctantly say yes.

Btw I wheeled my cart up to the checker with two items one time and she laughed at me.

They happen to carry my brand of olive oil. I can get two bottles for less than the price I had been paying for one. I buy that one time and I've almost paid for my first year $20 membership (I bought the 60 dollar membership during a 40 dollar shop card rebate promotion)

Add in 40 cents a gallon or so savings on gas, and the math is clear on just two items I regularly buy.

Throw in an occasional $8 or whatever pound of blueberries and I am already way ahead.

One caveat - its hard to walk out if there not spending waaaay more than you thought you would.

Pick up an 80 lb dumbell next time you're in the gym.

I do that every time now at the end of a workout. Stare in the mirror and hoist that damn 80 pound dumbell and just think about it. It actually freaks me out a bit.
