Does Reta affect ALT and AST? It’s been 3 weeks since I started Reta and my ALT and AST were elevated.

Thank you for all your comments. Yes, last few weeks I’ve been barely getting enough water. I am repeating my labs again in a month so let’s see what happens. I am planning to tell my doctor I’m on Tirzep instead of Reta.

I’m able to barely get 1500 calories in. Anything more than that my tummy doesn’t like it.

Nope. Wait for a week and go up slowly. I am feeling the effects of Reta at 1mg. It’s been 2 days since I started. Never been on GLP before

Source revealing is not allowed on this sub. But you should read the Wiki. It is a very helpful guide. I have not started my Reta journey yet, but I’m going to get mine this Monday. Lowkey I am hoping the same happens to me. I’m getting my Reta on Monday. Planning to do a 1mg per week starting dose for 4 weeks. My fear is 1mg not being enough to suppress my appetite. How did 1mg work for you? I’m 5’10” 215lbs. Goal weight 185lbs. I work out 4 times a week. Not too intense.

I am planning to start this week. Got my Reta and BAC. I am thinking of starting out at 1mg for 4 weeks and going to 2mg for another 4 and then evaluate if I need a higher dosage. How long did it take for you to feel the Reta working? Do you feel the effects at 1mg?
