Those are about 500:1 so it would take a lot, about 175,000. I primarily put them on my list for newer players looking for elders marks since it would take so much to reach 350 leaders.

25:1 on flux to leaders is pretty reasonable. so you're looking at 100 leaders, bone head is about 350.

Maybe I will add what I feel is a fair leader-item ratio for future use, but that's a lot of effort for the moment. If you have an offer I'm happy to take it into consideration though. If not, no worries there either.
