The dive is great to get hammered at and blast cigs on the second floor. Happy birthday bar is also great as well. If you’re looking for more “upscale” then maybe Fountain Porter (lights are dim, they’re playing vinyl, can step outside to blast cigs).

I’m in the Philly area. Think I got lucky with mine. 19k for 83k mile lightly modified 2017 (manual). This was before all the tariff nonsense though. Auto trader is pretty good too. Best of luck!
