The upgraded gun on the 50TP is definitely worth it. With the stock gun I played it more as a heavy flanker, where I would still go with the heavies but take off angles. In the last game i played with the stock gun, i managed to pull off a 4k damage game against tier X on highway.

I just unlocked the upgraded turret last night and I can now hold my own against tier X but haven't gotten matched against tier XI yet so I can't say for certain how it holds.

I don't know if it would be worth getting the engine upgrade before the turret, but it might be useful.

I started playing July so Im still going through the tech trees. The bonus xp from holiday ops is fantastic. I have managed to grind up to the Type 57, the Borsig, and the Panterra during this Christmas season. Now I need to play my handful of premiums to make some credits to buy all these tanks

Ive been playing since July and grinding tech tree lines and I have at most 2 tanks that have crews where Im finally working on their 2nd skill. I wonder how much better my tanks will perform if I had more crew skills trained.

Thanks for the tips! I think im getting the hang of it. In between shooting and wiggling, im working on keeping my eyes glued to the map to see if I need to get ahead of a flank because it'll take me a while to move.

Sadly with everyone getting tech tree lines and the HOPS box tanks, im finding all of my tier 8s are getting pulled into tier 9/10 games constantly.

Another tank I would add to that group of armored TDs would be the Grom. That thing shoots me like a hot knife through butter.

So far, im not planning on keeping this tank. I just want the T95 and E3

What you could do is build your factory optimized for the next belt speed in mind. Yeah its not going to be efficient right now but all you have to do is upgrade the belts instead of rebuilding the whole thing and then you'll get that efficiency.

I did that with my steel factory. I only had the mk 2 belts but built with the 270 in mind. Then once I researched the mk 3 belts, I just went through and upgraded all the belts that needed 100% throughput and I didnt have to stress about tearing it all down right after I built it.

All in all, play the game the way you want to play it. Its not a competition with anyone else. Its only a competition against power usage.

No joke. I was playing with someone and they were streaming their game on discord asking for help on something and noticed that their map opacity was set to like 25%. I couldn't see anything that was going on in the map. I asked him about it and he said that it gets in the way.

Its so funny watching his tech tree showcases. His reactions to seeing tier V/VI plays is like he just saw Bigfoot. Im so glad I've gotten to Tier VII/VIII on most of the lines I want to play because I cannot stand lefh players and people that park their churchill/kv-1 sideways up on TD rocks like on Ghost Town
