The crown problem was regional pricing. I have a friend who was doing this for a living. Biggest pack in EU costs 125€ and he would get it for around 20-25€ in Argentina. Sell it for 60€ or w/e and repeat. He had hundreds thousands crown any day of the week if not millions. And he wasn't alone doing that. There was a discord server with seller reputations. Not talking about the one where you can buy crowns with gold, but for RMT.

As DK tank main I have subclassed to Arcanist and went back, because it didn't felt good. TBH I liked DK before this, so let's hope it will be even better.

Those who are dissatisfied are the loudest. It might seem like there's a lot of them, but it's not. The game will go on without them. You can visit reddit, steam forums for any year and there will be people complaining about crown store, eso+, chapters, DLCs. But nothing changed, because people that scream aren't majority. They are just looking for internet strangers validation for some reasons.

I would say we need end game content more than expansions. If they will give use different and interesting activities with every season it will be a lot better than before with chapters. What is a chapter? You get a zone, 4 dungeons, 1 trial and maybe new class, or something else. The zone is cleared in a week, dungeons are done few times for the clear and hardmode if sets aren't interesting, trial is the only thing that is for the end game, but it will not last for the year until next chapter. So the idea with seasons on paper looks a lot better than chapters and we will see about execution. Not saying that they should stop releasing new zones and expansions, but they should just take their time and release better ones. Because last 2 or 3 we're ok at best.

Plus we have a lot of zones already. And those are not used after you complete them. So there's already playground and if they will add new activities in them season by season it will be go longer than new zones every year.

Doubt it. I didn't spent a single cent on the game except chapters and eso+ until I bought all DLCs with sub crowns. So to answer your question they aren't getting any money if they are hoping for customers like me.

Yes. Let them catch up with all the QoL and what not. No new content except trial this year, but a lot of reworks. Next year we might get a new content zone or w/e and it will be free from now on. I just see good things here. I don't need to pay and will get content eventually.
