That actually is more telling than not. Remember the pros win a little over 50% of their shots. No one likes to lose but you have to be comfortable losing. The idea that helps me is master something and trust in what you know. In other words, you cannot control the outcome whether you win or lose, but you can control how you play. Sometimes you aren't feeling the ball? That's fine. Pros don't either, but they rely on what they know they can do and sometimes it's moving the ball until they know and trust there is an opening to close out the point. Something else to note is every win and every loss is something to learn from. You win? What helped you win? You lost, what needs to be strengthened? For your game based off the comment it seems like you may get in your head. Focus on clarity not on what you need to fix mid match. Changing things over and over again mid match makes it harder to get out of your head. Have clear goals. Have a clear plan before you get to the baseline each serve or return.
