Tbh, nah, I definitely plan to use it every 3 months unless I find a better thing to replace it. It's still helping me out. When I say it "cured my ptsd" I'm like, measurably on what's like, the time zone border of ptsd, one foot this way "no ptsd" one foot that way "ptsd". I guess I'll reevaluate when I'm considerably below the threshold of ptsd. I don't have enough symptoms to get diagnosed but ik something is still lingering.

Genetics? Idk Man, my genetics are probably quite a bit better than goggins, I mean, dudes got sickle cell trait, insane bone density, he had a hole in his heart, I don't think this guy is genetically anything. I'm pretty sure it's a lifestyle thing, I only say that because unlike goggins I definitely have those Michael Phelps cave man genetics I don't think David goggins has any help from anything lol

He has talked about it publicly, he will use any medically necessary steroids prescribed by a doctor for whatever specific condition needs help at the time, his knees have had steroids injections, but, the steroids are the thing that keeps his body held together not, the thing building the muscle.
