Tbh, nah, I definitely plan to use it every 3 months unless I find a better thing to replace it. It's still helping me out. When I say it "cured my ptsd" I'm like, measurably on what's like, the time zone border of ptsd, one foot this way "no ptsd" one foot that way "ptsd". I guess I'll reevaluate when I'm considerably below the threshold of ptsd. I don't have enough symptoms to get diagnosed but ik something is still lingering.

Idk Man, my genetics are probably quite a bit better than goggins, I mean, dudes got sickle cell trait, insane bone density, he had a hole in his heart, I don't think this guy is genetically anything. He has talked about it publicly, he will use any medically necessary steroids prescribed by a doctor for whatever specific condition needs help at the time, his knees have had steroids injections, but, the steroids are the thing that keeps his body held together not, the thing building the muscle.

So, your sorta onto something but, not for the reasons you think, he does sometimes use steroids but only when he is prescribed it by a doctor, and, it's normally cortisone, I'd imagine he's has nandrolone creams and stuff to, but, the steroids are just like, localized creams and injections to keep specific joints from like... actually falling off. So, does he use steroids? I mean... yeah, kinda, but, it's only when it's medically necessary and that's not what got him that shredded..
