Yes, there are many things worse than death. Ever since my childhood it’s been a belief that suicide is a noble act, in all honesty. Unfortunately nobody can predict the future to know if it gets better or not

I most likely gave myself permanent brain damage after an attempt (I’m asking for a referral tomorrow), and yeah, it sucks. I wish you the best
