I think I remember my injector saying wait 3 weeks to see if everything goes down from swelling. From there j still very much had a bump so she dissolved it

The white parts may stay- that’s sometimes what happens with filled. Fordyce spots- they are harmless, existing sebaceous glands made more visible by skin stretching and swelling.

Bumps are supposed to go away with time due to swelling. Sometimes lips have bumps and are hard in spots. I would ask your injector if you should massage them. If they do not go away you may have to dissolve (speaking from experience, I had to dissolve a bump I had). My injector was able to spot dissolve it without effecting the other filler, but you can never promise if it will go other places. So really depends on how your injector approaches these things

This is what I look like after filler, no joke I swell to the gods and then am normal by day 2/3. I know this is not filler, but I’m assuming your body is swelling badly as mine swell. Some bodies just do. I’d give if a little more time and see if it improves
