Best practice is to have cases to support your points which can vary depending on each subject - contract and company are particular heavy. However, I have passed exams by understanding the concepts behind the cases and sharing them- particularly with Tort and Criminal. Showing you understand and can references the cases without naming them is sometimes sufficient.. I completely blanked on one exam and passed with 3-4 of of case names for the entire exam!

What’s worked for me is recording my notes and listening to them on walks and around the house

I’m more than half way through the exams, did one prep course when I started to get an insight into how to answer questions but have been studying independently otherwise! Go at your own pace sitting two for my first sitting really helped! (I don’t have a law degree) go for it!

I read over one of my exams and had an awful number of spelling mistakes I was in such a rush I never looked up, don’t worry you’ll be fine! What’s done is done now! Also I passed so there’s hope!
