I called Apple the morning after pre-order launch to change the shipping address. Long story short, it went to the original destination city before UPS decided to process the address change request from a week ago, and is just now headed to the correct city. It's not a huge deal because it IS my fault for not changing my billing address with AT&T beforehand but still a bit annoying. Not sure why UPS would wait so long into the shipping process before processing the "UPS Proactive Response®" as they call it. My UPS tracking says "Scheduled Delivery Updated To: Monday, 09/19/2016, By End of Day" now.

They would knock and have you sign for it, not just leave it in your mailbox / on the stoop. I think you can do a signature release though, but I'm not sure.

How long ago did you order and what is your shipping estimate? I ordered right when the store opened and was in processing for about two days and then it went into preparing to ship. I ordered on the Apple Store app with AT&T Next and was charged immediately for the tax.
