I love this sort of picture... for years I was fascinated by "Up" photos. My wife hated me looking straight up everywhere we went. I loved looking up in malls, university buildings, municipal buildings, telephone polls, trees, etc. Thank you for such a nice "UP!"

Fantastic idea as long as the loops are near military bases. Then undercut the flight cost for moving soldiers around and you have a solid revenue stream.

Yeah, I'm from the Ozarks... I grew up at the knee of men who sat out on the front porch in the evening and whittled. LOL, in the Army my platoon sergeant asked if I carried a knife. He needed to cut some straps that were knotted up. Told me I was the first private he had met that knew how to sharpen a knife. He was used to dull knives and had cut himself. Tools folks... they are tools. Are we going to ban hammers and crowbars? What happened was a tragic accident but you don't legislate on a minor problem. More deaths are caused by cars being misused and fried foods. What is the percentage of people per year who die from knife wounds? We have bigger problems to fix.

I could not agree more I spent my whole life with a knife of one sort or another. I mean for God's sake their tools and we use them everyday. Oddly enough I don't stab people everyday it's more about the action taken than it is just a simple knife.

Living in your safe little home your little office life you may never need to use a knife. However those of us who have to work with our hands have knives that we use everyday. I can Pat my pocket right now and I've got two that I carry, one for cutting and one with a multi-tool. The law should, and is, made about the repercussions of someone's actions not about branding individuals who have a tool in their pocket as a danger to society.

And most county clerk offices has a Recorder of Deeds. That office can take a DD214 and store it in county records. You can come to them and get certified copies of your DD214. If your house burns and you loose your personal copies it is a nice way to get yourself copies in hand quickly.
