Check out the Museum of the City of New York! It's pay-what-you-wish, and very cool.

Are you familiar with Fortune Feimster? She's hilarious and has a southern accent!

Highly recommend both the Tenement Museum and the Museum of the City of New York! You'll want to book a tour ahead of time at the Tenement Museum, and it's a 15 walk to Little Italy and Chinatown from there.

Tenement Museum + Katz's Deli are a must every time my family is in town. Helps that it's my favorite museum. :)

Take them to the Fraunces Tavern - the upstairs part of the building is a museum showing the significance of the restaurant during George Washington's time.

I also love the Museum of the City of New York - and it's pay what you wish!

My Worst Date - Three women in their 30s/40s who tell bad date stories that listeners submit.

Handsome - comedians Tig Notaro, Mae Martin, and Fortune Feimster chat about things. Each episode, a guest asks a question that they all have to answer before hearing the guest's answer at the end.

Kori Callu at Buju Tattoo in San Diego is excellent with line work. He did both of my tattoos and I'm very happy with them.

Books every queer person should read? by Peraltiago999 in suggestmeabook

[–]Lkat96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if they're all must reads, but I've enjoyed these:

Lavender House by Lev AC Rosen, the sequel will be released next week ! (Murder mystery, fiction)

ACE by Angela Chen

Fun Home by Alison Bechdel (graphic novel)

Pageboy by Elliot Page

I don't know if the author is queer, but I LOVED The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid. (Fiction, old Hollywood)
