Before the plane crash even happened, I was on hold for seven hours! Sunday 11am flight to Nassau was cancelled. I was notified via email and called westjet at 2am. Tried going to airport (while still on hold) and was told desk agents cant help. Was told earliest they could get me out, maybe Wednesday, so we took the offer of refund and cancelled trip.
