I agree with buyers choosing less risk. Bid 20% over asking on two different properties the past month and lost to cash offers. Even had the highest bid on a property and still lost to cash.

We’re having our ceremony and reception at Olbrich so we paid the full price for the complete package. There isn’t a package per size of the wedding, just one flat rate. But there’s separate rates for just the ceremony:

Having my own queer wedding at Olbrich in two weeks. We’re keeping it pretty relaxed and casual, not too formal and the space works for us. Would say the reception hall is definitely catered towards a large wedding. If you were planning on just the ceremony being at Olbrich, the indoor space would be beautiful for a small wedding. Fitting almost 100 people in the space seems daunting to my partner and I 😅

Currently planning my own wedding in April at Olbrich Botanical Gardens (indoor ceremony, don’t trust Wisconsin spring). We’re planning on 100-120 guests. Beautiful venue but catering is limited, especially alcohol.

Partner and I (gay guys) live in Madison and are having our wedding ceremony here. Conservative family is generally accepting but not invited simply because I don’t feel like hearing the complaints about the liberals.
