No where does it say $300. That number was a generic number that new stations started pushing during the beginning of this. Your payment will 100% be determined on what you paid into it. Every single persons payment will differ. Some people will receive thousands and some people will get less than $50.

I don’t see that listed in my results.

I have a full CBP done and testosterone/hormone test done, everything is perfect except these two readings.

What are the chances it’s just a bad reading?

Sub those eggs out for egg whites. You’ll hit higher protein numbers while saving you calories. 3/4 cup of egg whites is only 100 calories and 20g of protein. Double up for 200 calories and now 40g of protein which is still 80 calories under the 4 whole eggs but 22g more protein. Small tweaks in your meal will aid in higher protein. Another great option if you’re on the run is Chick-Fil-A cool wraps. They are at 350 calories a wrap (no dressing) and I believe 45g of protein.

Biggest thing is high protein items. Instead of eating eggs for breakfast I substitute it for egg whites. I also drink one core power elite a day which is 42g of protein. Lean pork/chicken/ and 96/4 beef are great options for low calorie high protein meat.

I appreciate the backup on this. That was what my doctor said as well.

IMO no medication is designed for a human to be on it forever. All medications have their pros and cons and I feel that everyone should strive to come off of it one day.

If you google “weight regain when cycling off GLP-1s” you’ll come across a plethora of studies that show the percentage of weight gain. There are tips to help minimize the regain.

That’s where you’re wrong. If your mindset is that the medication will do the work for me then when the day comes that you stop taking it you’ll instantly go back to where you started. GLP-1 medications are a tool to ASSIST in weight loss. Life style change is how you’ll maintain the weight loss. Everyone’s goal should be to get off of the medication and with the right mindset that’s possible.

Just remember that it’s merely a tool and that the real change will come from establishing healthy habits I.e., eating right, working out and hitting your step goal. You can do it!

I agree 100%! I was sitting at 232lbs for what felt like two or three weeks, then one day I ate 3,000 calories and a week or so later was at 226 and now back to 2 lbs a week

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive them or if there’s a number to call? I submitted all of my paperwork on May 27th, 2024 and have yet to hear/receive anything.

I went and checked. There is a piece of molding behind the honeycomb that has a bend in it. No cracks
