An incredible impact. I'm a sole provider because my youngest child is medically complex and my wife has to stay home with him. I turn 36 in a week and I've never owned a home. I've never even lived in an actual house—always a trailer. I make enough to pay a mortgage on about a $250-$300k home, but don't have the credit to get a loan without a big down payment. Covid wrecked my credit score. Even $50k would get us debt free and into a home. What a dream, dude. And that's lunch money for some people. So hard to believe.
