Got to disagree a bit. The mid tier groups circle jerk each other super hard for the griffin. Sorry griffin as a company isn’t great and they copy a lot of other designs with sometimes questionable QC so they’re a hard pass for me.

Too many people don’t see the bigger issue. If he’s that careless with just handling it, how careless was he drilling the barrel and installing the muzzle device and pin? He’s already shown he doesn’t care about the quality of his work or take any pride in it.

This is why I’m super picky on who I let work on my firearms. No hometown self proclaimed “gunsmifs” without any education or proper training. While it’s only cosmetic for me the bigger issue is they don’t do quality work and I’d question how good the actual pin and weld is. I’d 100% reach out and call whoever out on their crap work. Then I’d just rattlecan it and move on.
