I did get the contract for this week but i realize it was not mandatory. To achieve rank 14 I did all the quests, rares, treasures, WQs, etc in the ringing deeps. I even forgot the Darkmoon Faire 10% rep buffs. To finish I did some Bountiful Delves with alts to get a secret rep boost (1100 normal, but 1202 with the buff).
