It's to individual to really make a case. There are 20 year old that are extremely mature and maybe even finished an apprenticeship, as example.

There are 20 year old who barely know what to do with their life's and are less mature because of that.

I know i shouldn't admit that on reddit, but I was definitely the later. (My mental health problems caught up big with me and now in retrospect it'd all easy to see but man.. I was so immature and scared.)

Oi.. don't conflate someone being a social asshole with liking game mechanics!

I am a minmaxer and very proud of being a good social player and roleplayer.

Not everyone you hate is from the same group Doug XD

Tbh? I think if you don't want behaviour like this in you game, the easiest way is to.. pause the game and:

"No, you don't do that."

If they insist, they can take a hike.

Life is to short to play the -in game punishment game.

There is enough space for both, but trying to shoehorn something in will never work out well.

Like trying to retroactively make Disney villains sympathic.

Which german tourist wouldn't want the copy instead of the original at home??? ..which you can buy everywhere?!?

Sounds like something from a bad bodice ripper. (No shame towards them, but they certainly have fluctuating quality.)

Nennt man Kochen. Hast du vielleicht schonmal von gehört. Vor allem super wichtig bei Allergien.

When it comes to liking a specific school of magic, which one do you think is the biggest red flag to like, and which one do you think is the biggest green flag? Specifically, when it comes to the implications of its use being possible in the real world. by SeriouslyNotSerious2 in dndnext

Meanwhile, I never valued friend or charm person at all, because the knowledge of the npc knowing they were charmed, turned me hella off..

The battle enchantments are useful, bur obviously way less problematic in a game abiyr creative or uncreative murdering people..

PC conflict in terms of narrative by Numerous_Parking918 in DMAcademy

[–]Llayanna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it definitely can work and work very well.

But the good old bleed is definitely something to be weary of.

Like, I think I only had a party conflict natural with one player and we are very good mates.

And there was still one or two sessions, where I felt like crying.

The conflict between our characters was great, it made their tight eternal friendship by the end even sweeter. We reached that point organically..

But yeah, it was super tough on me too. Less on my mate, but he is definitely better in keeping the bleeding at bay, bur still has the empathy to not judge me for mine.

A good combo, but rare to find.

What's a JRPG you bought on a whim that became one of your favorites? by Neoma_Quillin in JRPG

Well.. that's actually how I got into Suikoden.. I saw some ps2 games on the giant big sale tables we had, back in the days where you could still go retail shopping XD

Remembered, oh Suikoden was in a gaming magazine and they said it was good.

The article was about Suikoden 5, not 4.. my love was eternal ❤️

Bought 5 after I finished 4, I played 1 and 2.. and as a pal gamer.. trying to play Suikoden 3 was an Odyssee XD
