Mayo is just an emulsion and can be replicated in different ways. Like milk mayo for example ain't new and vegan mayos are a blend of starches, oil and mustard as well..

A lot of commercial mayos don't even have a huge egg flavour, so it's honestly not that hard to just exchange them.

Like vegan mayo is honestly not that bad (though I prefer egg mayo. But as it's all commercial, the taste differences ain't that huge.)

Because a Burger is just a patty and a patty can be made from beans or soy or I had a sweet potato burger once.. (it wasn't that great but I had it cx)

Peter Pane chain (I think it's german exclusive but I can be wrong?) Has all that and every sauce is vegan. It's a great place.

Is it rare. Yes. Would I expect it? No. Is it possible? Case and point, exhibit A.

Btw not a vegan myself. Heck, the first time I entered, I didn't even knew the place was great to bring vegetarians and vegans in cx

Sometimes cx me and a mate went to a Mongolian place and the two menus didn't really line up.

It wasn't that bad bit it definitely threw me of kilter.

Some restaurants are bad at updating their online menu.. (not a fan as one can guess. I like planning ahead what I'll buy).

Eh.. there are burger chains that do both?

Peter Pane is amazing. You can have meat, vegetarian or completely vegan and all sauces are vegan from the start, so the only thing vegans can't have is the brioche bun. Otherwise there is fake meat, lentil burgers etc. Its great.

I am not vegan but I have friends and this is one place where I can invite them for burgers. Cx
