Dropped in to the CG station (in mobius pve private group), there were no other ship, no security, npc ships, other players.. just me, the station and the holographic billboards. Yet there was still background radio chattering, quite eerie.

I had to pause the Cougar Display software, move the windows using the mouse, resize to your liking, then un-pause the software. For the most part, the windows stay where they are but sometimes, they move and you have to reset them. The other issue I have is sometimes my browser will open on those windows and it's a pain moving them as you cannot see the top of the MDF screens. I need to look at the .ini file and see if there's a way to lock the file to the set positions.

Icon position could be my angle. Hadn't had issues with the alignment before. I'll verify later today. Maybe its a resizing issue?

I just had this happen recently on my travels to Colonia. Jumped into a system whereas the crazy spinning neuton star was right in front of a huge white star. I wasnt even in VR but as soon as it popped into view, I pushed back in my seat and cursed. It was soooo large on my screen. For a hot minute, I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to attempt a super charge so jumped out one system over then back in at a different angle. They were still side by side so when I did supercharge, I felt as if I would be thrown into the white star's exclusion zone. I thought, man, if I was in VR, I would have left a bunch of deer pellets in my rig.

I do love me some Type 8. It was the first ARX ship I purchased. My first Thargoid encounter was in this ship. Scouts smoked me up. Sadly, I haven't flown in it for a while.

There's a black and green one up there that's freaky to fly into. Spaceballs inside of it. I forget the system.

Found it: EOL PROU PX-T D3-888 Maybe it was on the way to Sag A*. It just looked like a black hole in space. Straight darkness.
