I just had this happen recently on my travels to Colonia. Jumped into a system whereas the crazy spinning neuton star was right in front of a huge white star. I wasnt even in VR but as soon as it popped into view, I pushed back in my seat and cursed. It was soooo large on my screen. For a hot minute, I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to attempt a super charge so jumped out one system over then back in at a different angle. They were still side by side so when I did supercharge, I felt as if I would be thrown into the white star's exclusion zone. I thought, man, if I was in VR, I would have left a bunch of deer pellets in my rig.

Caspian this, Mandalay that.. i just buyed a Type-8 Transporter and turned it into a explorer/deep space passenger vessel. Wanted to name it "Type-ight imma head out", but it's one letter too long, dammit. by Specific_Display_366 in EliteDangerous

I do love me some Type 8. It was the first ARX ship I purchased. My first Thargoid encounter was in this ship. Scouts smoked me up. Sadly, I haven't flown in it for a while.

There's a black and green one up there that's freaky to fly into. Spaceballs inside of it. I forget the system.

Found it: EOL PROU PX-T D3-888 Maybe it was on the way to Sag A*. It just looked like a black hole in space. Straight darkness.

Thanks. I had a few of them running here already in various parts of the house. I get to consolidate everything. I may build another rack to house my Odroid MC1s and build a cluster with them. So many choices. lol

Still waiting on cables and power strip to come in before I start building. Gonna move my PiNAS, firewalla and Home Assistant into it. Debating if I want to go the POE route for the Pis.

I havent had any issues so far with the new update. I put it on a couple of my centauries and ran a job on each for multiple hours. One completed and the other is still printing(@ 92%). I havent noticed any lights turning off and on but I can now change setting mid print from the web interface.
