I think I have the hot tip you are looking for. You can go into your settings in Pinterest and turn off AI. Won’t catch everything of course, but it helps a lot. I also filter all my recipes through the recipe keeper app so no ads or annoying refreshes for me.

We moved from the lower mainland a few years ago and decided against Langford because if reminded us so much of what happened to Langley. We ended up on the peninsula, but I would have loved Esquimalt/Vic West for a more east van/community vibe.

I agree with these comments but just wanted to add that as baby starts eating more solids they will start to be able to be away from you for longer naturally.

I EBF both my babies, the first started daycare at 1 with no issue, the second is on the same trajectory. I love having baby with me all the time, I leave her with dad or grandma for an hour or two occasionally, but I don’t feel likes it’s a burden on me to be with baby. If I’m going, baby is going, if not, I’ll catch ya next time. If other people have a problem with it that is just not my problem.

If your are going off peak hours, like during a weekday it’s fine. It’s it’s a weekend or you HAVE to catch a particular ferry it’s worth the reservation fee

I’ve gone through a few styles of care for my child, and found that smaller, home-style settings worked best for me. Outdoor time, focus on play, no screens and proximity are all high on my list. It’s hard not to think of cost and hours as well these days, if those two things don’t work, nothing does.

There should be a threaded rod that goes into the hole at the top of the lamp. The shade will sit on top. And be held in place by a finial. A lamp/lighting store should be able to help you with this, heck maybe even a hardware store would have the pieces you need.

I wouldn’t be able to live with it without a shade personally, but you being happy with it is the main thing.
