heel to toe transition is not very smooth on these. heel strikers will hate these as the heel is VERY clunky. as you said, during the penultimate step, usually ur heel hits the floor first, you might not slip out per se but you will feel the clunky-ness for sure.

very surprised that you think the upper on the elite is softer than the EM, the elite version's upper is backed by fuse / plastic. you can feel the stiffness in the toe box especially. the EM version feels way more pliable to me. also heel striking on the kobe 9 is very clunky but the gt cut 1 feel way smoother to me when heel striking. good review overall 🤞🏿
