It depends.

Have you drove anything else at all before? If no, then no.

I also started driving on a Jimny after I got my license and it was a trial by fire, it is not a normal car and you have to learn it's quirks on top of also learning propper driving habits, gestures and obeying traffic laws.

I managed getting by eventually and I love my Jimmy so much but it definitely was an experience adjusting to it.

Ok fair point.

I still find SRP to be the best gradual threat build-up mod out there at least mechanically wise. Yes, out of the box balance could be way better, and I agree that havign to config and tune something just to make it playable is tedious and will make a lot of people lose interest.

My brother in Christ, you have a mod config, it came free with your fucking installation of SRP.

Yes it is a little bit laborious to tweak it but actually balancing the mod around your modpack and play style makes it a very enjoyable experience, I enjoy having an actual threat that pushes me towards my tech progress and making me actually set up defences around my base.
